From the earliest beginnings to the present day, hunting has been a crucial in the evolution of humankind. In order to survive and successfully defend themselves against animals, humans devised weapons and hunting strategies. The need for cooperation during the hunt promoted both communication and social skills, which made it one of the fundamental aspects in the development of human civilization.
